Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free tier requires no credit card and no sales call. Sign up, upload your CSV, and run your first drill — completely self-serve. You only enter payment details when you choose to upgrade.
Are there hidden add-ons or per-seat fees?
No. We deliberately don't split templates into "basic" and "premium" tiers, and we don't charge per employee. Each plan is all-inclusive at a flat monthly rate. What you see on this page is what you pay.
Will a sales rep call me?
Never. PhishGuard is fully product-led — you can sign up, upgrade, and cancel entirely on your own from the dashboard. No sales calls, no "book a demo" walls, no follow-up emails unless you ask for them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the paid period — no prorated clawbacks.
Is this PIPEDA-compliant?
PhishGuard only records whether an employee clicked a link and the timestamp. No passwords or personal inputs are ever collected or stored. A signed consent declaration is required before any campaign is sent.
What email provider do I need?
Starter and Pro plans integrate with AWS SES or SendGrid. We provide a step-by-step SPF/DKIM/DMARC setup guide. Development uses a mock provider that logs to console — no AWS account needed to try it out.
Can I white-label this for my MSP clients?
Yes. The Pro plan includes branded PDF export, custom logo, and share links you can hand directly to clients. Contact us if you need volume pricing for multiple tenant accounts.
